Michael A. Thomas, FASID, President of The Design Collective Group in Jupiter, Florida is leading the new DesignSuccess conference. A well-known interior designer, speaker and author, he has created this first conference in order to give both the small and large design groups opportunities to learn, grow and network with each other. "After some 30 years of all the ups and downs in the business of design, one thing that I have learned is that we are best when we share our skills and knowledge during difficult times so that we ensure our collective success," he recently told a group of South Florida interior designers. During the three day conference, presentations and discussions will bring together furniture manufacturers, sales reps, interior designers and retailers to review common challenges, market opportunities and trends in the design and furnishings industry.
